Good to know
Costa is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite sleeping up to 6 guests. You’ll have your own full kitchen, living room, interior space & private balcony. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. TVs in all bedrooms & living room, along with Wi-Fi & air conditioning. Guests also have access to Salt & Sol Society’s shared outdoor amenities, including: hot tub, BBQ, grill, outdoor lounge area, yard games & outdoor shower.
House Rules
• Hot tub to remain covered at ALL times when not in use. Guests must rinse in outdoor shower prior to hot tub use. No children under 5 allowed in hot tub. No children allowed unsupervised. • Guests must rinse off any sand in outdoor shower, prior to entering home. • Each unit is allowed 1 car in parked in the driveway. • Our cleaning team uses the laundry area during turnovers from 10 AM–3 PM, and the machines must remain available to cleaners during that time. • Pets are welcome! Please be sure to bag and dispose of all pet waste in the exterior trash bin. • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the home. If smoke is detected indoors, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. • Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted at any time. • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our peaceful neighborhood and neighbors. • Please treat the property with care and respect—clean up after yourself and your pets, and report any accidental damage promptly. • No glitter, confetti, or tape is allowed on the walls or ceilings. • Kindly be considerate of neighbors and help us maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

Costa is one of three private suites at Salt & Sol Society. Sol and Tide may be occupied by other guests during your stay, so the outdoor amenities are shared. There is one shared washer and dryer for the property. Our cleaning team uses the laundry area during turnovers, generally from 10 AM–3 PM, and the machines must remain available to cleaners during that time. The outdoor supply shed is locked and is not available for guest use.

Located on Estero Island (Gulf Heights area), the property sits a short walk from public beach access and Estero Boulevard’s restaurants, bars and shops. Times Square and the Fort Myers Beach Pier are the main nearby attractions (live music, dining, beachfront park), which you can take the shuttle to. Matanzas Pass Preserve and small local marinas are also close by. The area is vacation-oriented with seasonal peak crowds (winter/spring) and a laid-back beach-town character.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire Costa suite, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room. You’ll also have shared access to Salt & Sol Society’s hot tub, BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining areas, outdoor shower and laundry. The outdoor supply shed and any clearly marked owner/storage areas are locked and not available to guests.

Short distances on foot or by bike across Estero Island; most visitors walk to nearby beach access 16 or 14. LeeTran operates the Fort Myers Beach trolley/tram (seasonal/free service Nov–Apr; regular routes year-round) with stops at the library, Bowditch Point Park, Times Square and Park & Ride lots. Lee County Park & Ride plus Beach Park & Ride offer convenient transit connections and parking. Car recommended for exploring beyond the immediate beach area, grocery trips and visiting nearby attractions (Sanibel, Captiva, Lovers Key). Rideshare, local taxis and rental cars are widely used; street parking and municipal parking lots are available but can fill in peak season. Biking is common and bike racks are available along Old San Carlos Boulevard.
