Salt & Sol Society is made up of three private boutique suites—Sol, Costa, and Tide—rented together as one property. Each suite has its own entrance, kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathroom, and private balcony, giving groups the ability to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy. The property accommodates up to 18 guests across 6 bedrooms and 9 beds. Guests also share outdoor gathering areas with lounge seating, grills, alfresco dining, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. The beach is approximately two blocks away.

• Hot tub to remain covered at ALL times when not in use. Guests must rinse in outdoor shower prior to hot tub use. No children under 5 allowed in hot tub. No children allowed unsupervised. • Guests must rinse off any sand in outdoor shower, prior to entering home. • Each unit is allowed 1 car in parked in the driveway. • Our cleaning team uses the laundry area during turnovers from 10 AM–3 PM, and the machines must remain available to cleaners during that time. • Pets are welcome! Please be sure to bag and dispose of all pet waste in the exterior trash bin. • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the home. If smoke is detected indoors, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. • Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted at any time. • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our peaceful neighborhood and neighbors. • Please treat the property with care and respect—clean up after yourself and your pets, and report any accidental damage promptly. • No glitter, confetti, or tape is allowed on the walls or ceilings. • Kindly be considerate of neighbors and help us maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

This listing includes all three suites and the entire Salt & Sol Society property. The suites may also be rented individually when the full property is not reserved. Because the property is designed as three separate living spaces, it is especially well suited for multiple families, couples traveling together, or larger groups who want both togetherness and privacy. Laundry: One shared washer and dryer is available for the entire property. Guests are welcome to use it, but the laundry area must remain available to our housekeeping team daily from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM for turnovers. Salt & Sol Society is located on Fort Myers Beach in an active coastal community. Like most beach destinations, traffic, seasonal crowds, construction, weather, and island activity may vary throughout the year.
